An assisted living facility owned and operated by the State of Wyoming, with the goal of meeting each resident’s needs in a home-like atmosphere while maintaining the highest possible levels of choice, dignity, respect, privacy and individuality in a maintenance-free environment. Charges are determined by a person’s ability to pay.

The Central Wyoming Foster Grandparent Program provides opportunities for senior service to meet unmet needs, to empower people 55 years and older to contribute to their communities through service, enhancing the lives of those who serve and those whom they serve, and provide communities with valuable services.
