South Big Horn Senior Citizens Center’s mission is to enable senior citizens in Southern Big Horn County to maintain their independence and continue to live, as long as possible, in their own homes as valued, contributing members of the community.

The Wyoming Retirement Center (WRC) in Basin provides skilled nursing care to residents with mental health, dementia and medical needs with the goal of stabilizing and helping residents reach their highest functional level. WRC is certified by Medicare and Wyoming Medicaid as a long-term, convalescent and respite care facility, and is part of the Wyoming Department of Health’s Aging Division.

Wyoming Services for Independent Living works with people of all ages, with any type of disability, and will travel to wherever you are located in western Wyoming. Offering several different programs to help you overcome challenges caused by disabilities. With locations in Cody, Powell, Lander, and Rock Springs.
